Ribbon Cutting Ceremony – Official Opening of The MNCS Photos

The official opening ceremony of MNCS was held at the Miami Beach Convention Center on Friday, August 29th, 2014 at 9:30am, with honorary speaker Philip Levine, mayor of Miami Beach. Many journalists, attendants and real estate professionals gathered for the Ceremony.

Vip Event: The 6th Annual State of South Florida Condo Market

The MNCS VIP Event was held on Thursday, August 28th, 2014 in the Palm Ballroom at the Miami Beach Convention Center. Keynote speaker was Peter Zalewski and the conference hall was fully attended with prominent real estate brokers and related professionals. Carlos Rosso gave a speech. The program included white paper distribution on the 6th Annual State of South Florida Condo market. After the conference there was party time with cocktails, live music and hors d’oeuvres.

MNCS Panel Meetings Photos

Every day of the MNCS there were panel meetings, keynote speakers, round tables and discussions. Day 1 – panel discussion: “The Roles of Social Media in the Real Estate” with Congressman Joe Garcia as keynote speaker, and panel discussion: “Why is Miami Preconstruction Market so Hot?”. Day 2 – keynote speaker Joanna Schwartz with The real estate crowdfunding boom. Panel discussion: “Comparing and Contrasting Miami to Other Global Cities”. Day 3 – panel discussion: “An Expert Synopsis of the Preconstruction Condo Buying Cycle”

The Three Days of The Show

The full three-day Miami New Construction Show was held from August 29th to August 31, 2014, with more than one hundred exhibitors and thousands of visitors from different countries. Beautifully decorated developments’ booths attracted many visitors, and as per exhibitors’ feedback, they received much attention from brokers and interested potential buyers. Lots of happy encounters, business networking, show time, prizes and fun were present, too!

There was Latin American show time breaks during all three days of the MNCS 2014, and a beautiful dance party by Miami Dance Factory on Saturday, August 30th, 2014. Parents with children enjoyed Kid’s Corner with balloons crafting, face painting, toys and video games. The food court for the Show was represented by Trattoria restaurant and Buenes Aires cafeteria… yummy!
